Tuesday Tutorial: How to edit your tiles after creating through Symbaloo bookmarker

Ron, one of our facebook friends, reminded us of this issue and we thought we better make a tutorial for this. Today, we’ll show you how to enable the complete tile design after creating a tile with Symbaloo bookmarker and the editing options are limited. Sometimes when you use the Symbaloo bookmarker to create a tile and you want to edit it later on your Symbaloo site, it won’t let you choose the color, a different icon or upload your own image. Now, we have our team working on it to come up with a solution, but in the meantime we can show you this simple trick if said problem happens to you.

Tune in every Tuesday as we share a tutorial each week to improve your Symbaloo skills. Do you have any requests for our next tutorial? Drop us a line at edu@symbaloo.com. We’d love to hear from you!

I wish there was a way to choose which tab you want the new tile saved to without having to go to symbaloo first and put it on the tab you want. when i am on the web i want certain websites on certain tiles and having to go back to symballoo each time to change the tab is irritating

Thank you for the feed back Bernice. We will definitely forward this to our development team. We will work on improving the bookmarker after we’re done rolling out the new Symbaloo.
