    I’m trying to sign up for the certification courses, and when I get to the payment step, I receive the message that I’ve already signed up. I did submit the form once without adding payment information (my error). Can you help me? I actually need an educator account and want to take the Professional Development courses.
    Sorry to be trouble. I attended a Symbaloo Poster Session at ISTE this week, and I’m excited to learn how to use it and share it with the teachers I work with here in Texas.

    I tried to make a payment for the PD Certification. It did not accept my credit card info and the following message appeared:”You have already signed up with this account information”
    I have a personal Symbaloo account but I would like to get more training on it. Should I create another account?

      Thank you for your interest in the Symbaloo PD Certification. The message you received is coming from PayPal not Symbaloo. Please try again and/or check your PayPal account. You don’t need to create another Symbaloo account.

    After I add the certification to the “cart,” I am directed to my paypal account but I do not see any charge from Symbaloo.

      Thank you for signing up to the Symbaloo Certification Program. We have received your payment but haven’t seen the submission from http://www.symbalooedu.com/get-certified/. I sent you an email last week inquiring on who to send the instructions email. Probably got blocked or ended up in Spam. If you can send us an email with a list of the email addresses you want the PD certification emails being sent to, we can get you going on the certification right away.

    I first tried paying with Paypal to get signed up for the basic certification, but I now want to pay with my credit card, and the system will not let me go back to choose this way.

    I paid for PD Certification through paypal. Received the paypal receipt but no instructions on what to do next from Symbaloo.

    I wanted to do the Free student certification but it directs me to either basic $10 or PD $40. Is there not a way to do the Free student Certification?

    I registered and paid (via PayPal) for the Basic Certification course. The payment went through with PayPal, but I haven’t received anything from Symbaloo about how to access the training.

    I paid for the pd certification with paypal and the payment went through but it closed me out and I was not able to put in my account information or anything to start the certification process on your website. Please help. I do not want to pay for something I cannot get to.

      We’re not sure what you mean by “closed me out.” If you are talking about PayPal then you may want to contact them. If you are talking about the certification link, please elaborate. If you log in to Symbaloo while taking the certification, you will be directed towards your Symbaloo and not the certification page.
